当前的宏观形势令人欣慰。我省与全国一样,历时3年的宏观调控取得了显著成效,达到了预期目的,经济“软着陆”已成功实现。然而,与此同时,有一个“反差”也惹人注目:企业经济效益不理想,特别是国有企业亏损较严重。这就是人们普遍关注的“微观不活”现象。妥善处理好宏观调控与微观搞活的关系,尽快把微观经济搞活,是今年的一项紧迫任务。
The current macroeconomic situation is gratifying. As in the whole of our country, the macroeconomic regulation and control lasted for three years in our province achieved remarkable results and achieved the expected goal. The economic “soft landing” has been successfully achieved. However, at the same time, there is a “contrast” that is also striking: the economic performance of enterprises is not satisfactory, and the losses of state-owned enterprises in particular are more serious. This is what people are generally concerned about “microscopic inactivation” phenomenon. Properly handling the macro-control and micro-invigorating relations and revitalizing the micro-economy as soon as possible are an urgent task for this year.
