由国家科学技术部下达 ,中国科学技术信息研究所承担的《1 999年度中国科学技术论文统计分析 (年度研究报告 )》1,已于 2 0 0 0年 1 2月正式公布。该报告分十三章 ,列出了 1 999年度的论文发表数和被国内外引用情况 ,着重对世界重要检索系统所收录的我国期刊情况进行了统计分析
The “1999 Statistical Analysis of Chinese Science and Technology Papers (Annual Research Report)” issued by the State Science and Technology Ministry and undertaken by the China Institute of Science and Technology Information 1 was officially announced in January 2010. The report consists of thirteen chapters, which list the number of papers published in 1999 and their references both at home and abroad. Emphasis is placed on the statistical analysis of the journals in our country which are recorded in the important retrieval system in the world
