本试验收集到我国12个省(市、自治区)不同生态型粟70余个,光合特性分析结果表明:谷子光合强度平均值为3888毫克,不同生态型差异较大,变幅为2000-61.70毫克;光呼吸平均值为2.19毫克,变幅在060-5.90毫克;光补偿点变幅在1.2-40kLx;谷子的CO_2补偿点变幅在6.0-22.5ppm,其平均值为13.6ppm。除谷子的光补偿点较高外,其它各项光合特性较接近C_4型植物。这些结果为遗传育种和栽培管理上充分利用我国丰富的谷子资源提供了重要依据。
In this experiment, more than 70 different types of millet were collected from 12 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) in China. The results of photosynthetic characteristics analysis showed that the average photosynthetic intensity of millet was 3888 mg, with different ecotypes varying greatly, ranging from 2000-61.70 mg ; The average value of photorespiration was 2.19 mg and the amplitude was 060-5.90 mg; the amplitude of light compensation point was 1.2-40kLx; the amplitude of CO 2 compensation point of millet was 6.0-22.5ppm with the average value of 13.6ppm. Except for the higher light compensation point of millet, all other photosynthetic characteristics were closer to C_4 plants. These results provide an important basis for making full use of the abundant millet resources in China for genetic breeding and cultivation management.
