男性,36岁,已婚,主因食欲不振5年,发热4个月入院。患者于5年前出现食欲不振,上腹部胀满,呃逆,全身乏力,同时有牙龈及鼻腔出血,注射维生素K后可停止,劳累后常出现下肢浮肿。4年前发现胸腹壁静脉血管怒张,由细逐渐增粗,4个月前出现发热,为持续低热,偶有热高达39℃。既往于10年前患感冒后20天出现晨起后浮肿,活动后两下肢浮肿,尿少,色加深,尿急,尿频,尿液化验蛋白(+) 红细胞(+) 体检:胸部可见一蜘蛛痣,巩膜轻度黄染,胸廓两侧可见高度静脉曲张,与腹部
