左室起搏电极位置是心脏再同步化治疗效果的重要影响因素,位于心室最晚激动部位并远离心肌瘢痕区域是左室起搏电极的理想位点。由于起搏电极不能置于理想位点导致心脏再同步化治疗效果不理想,左室心内膜起搏、心外膜多极起搏可能会解决这一问题。
The position of left ventricular pacing electrode is an important influencing factor of cardiac resynchronization therapy. It is the ideal site of left ventricular pacing electrode located in the most excited part of the ventricle and away from the myocardial scar area. Left ventricular endocardial pacing, epicardial multipole pacing may be able to solve this problem because the pacemaker can not be placed at the ideal site and cardiac resynchronization is not effective.
