(一) 山林纠纷是当前山区工作中一个突出的问题。由于历史的原因,我省山林纠纷很多。通过林业“三定”,虽然解决了一大批,但是一些难度较大的纠纷,特别是跨县、跨地区的老大难纠纷,基本上没有解决。据不完全统计,有省际间纠纷207起,省内县际纠纷594起,县内纠纷估计还有5000多起。这些纠纷,使森林资源受到严重破坏,给社会安定带来很大威
(I) The disputes over mountain forests are a prominent issue in the current mountain work. Due to historical reasons, many disputes in mountain forests.
