尾矿库的建设和使用是矿山生产的重要组成部分。选矿厂排出的大量尾砂如管理不善,轻则污染农田水系,严重危害环境,重则滑坡倒坝,威胁下游人民生命财产安全。过去我们对尾矿库的管理不够重视,致使坝面凹凸不平,排水沟淤塞,到处有雨水和渗水冲刷出来的沟槽,初期坝坡潮湿,尾砂随风飞扬。
The construction and use of tailings ponds are an important part of mine production. Large tailings discharged from the concentrator, such as poor management, ranging from pollution of farmland waterways, seriously endanger the environment, heavy landslide down the dam, threatening the lives and property of people downstream. In the past, we did not pay enough attention to the management of the tailings ponds. As a result, the dam surface was uneven and the drainage ditches were fouled. There were rainstorms and water seeps washed out of the trenches. The initial dam slopes became wet and the tailings sand fluttered in the wind.
