将井壁变形与摩阻因素引入力学模型,以滑动摩擦为主建立了摩擦模式,用文氏弹性地基模拟井壁变形(即弹性井壁),应用有限元理论,研究了井壁与钻柱的相互作用对钻头侧向力的影响。计算结果表明,对较软地层井壁变形的影响不可忽视,尤其对三维井眼或造斜钻具,井壁变形对钻头侧向力的影响很大;摩擦与井眼弯曲共同产生了方位侧向力,而摩擦对井斜侧向力影响很小;稳斜钻具的钻头侧向力受井眼弯曲、井眼蚀变因素的影响较为突出。
