The editor of the Haikou City Fire Regulations: The Haikou City Fire Protection Regulations was passed on the 10th of November 1995 by the Standing Committee of the 11th People’s Congress of Haikou City; and it passed the Hainan Province on December 29th of the same year. The approval of the 20th meeting of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress has been published for reference.
