中共中央正式颁布的《公民道德建设实施纲要》,是建国以来第一个以党中央名义批准下发的专门规定公民道德建设的重要文件,是当前和今后一个时期指导我国公民道德建设不断向前发展的纲领性文件。为了配合广大干部群众学习和领会《纲要》的精神,不断加强道德建设,提高全民族的思想道德素质,我们特组织有关专家、学者和实际工作者,编写了这个讲座。本期刊发第一讲:《加强公民道德建设的重要性和紧迫性》。
The “Outline for the Implementation of Civic Moral Construction” formally promulgated by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was the first important document since the founding of the People’s Republic of China that was approved and issued under the CPC Central Committee’s special regulations on the construction of civic morality. We organized relevant lectures by experts, scholars and practical workers. First issue of this issue: “Importance and urgency of strengthening civic morality construction”.
