今年4月,日本大同信号株式会社技术生产部部长奥村几正博士,应中国铁道学会自动化委员会邀请,来我国进行为期一周的访问。在北京期间,自动化委员会信号学组请奥村博士作了关于“应用微电子技术信号设备的安全性”的学术报告,并就此与中国铁路的专家进行了技术座谈。在报告中、奥村博士谈了安全性的哲理、铁道信号使用安全性技术、日本铁路实际采用的三种电子联锁装置、大同信号株式会社生产的电子联锁产品以及这些设备在日本铁路应用的情况等五个方面的问题。日
In April this year, Japan’s Datong Signal Co., Ltd. Minister of Technical Production Dr. Masao Okumura, at the invitation of China Railway Society Automation Committee, came to China for a week-long visit. During his stay in Beijing, the Committee of Signal States of Automation Committee requested Dr. Okumura to make an academic report on “The Safety of Applied Microelectronic Signaling Equipment” and held technical discussions with experts from China Railway.
