How to improve economic efficiency is not only a major theoretical issue but also a complicated practical issue. It is not only a fundamental economic issue but also a political issue with an overall relationship. Therefore, it is an extremely glorious and burdensome task for theorists to study the issue of economic benefits extensively and in depth and offer advice and suggestions in order to enhance economic efficiency.
