我厂在检验C422叶片钢经调质后晶粒度时,探索了一种新方法,即侵蚀一电解抛光法。此法对有些钢种的显示效果较好。 1 操作要点 (1)先将抛光好的试样进行化学侵蚀或电解侵蚀,但侵蚀程度应该较深些。 (2)将侵蚀后的试样用电解抛光方法进行轻微抛光。抛光时间应掌握在晶面组织去掉而晶界露出为宜。 2 方法特点 (1)方法简单易行;(2)用一般的化学侵蚀、电解侵蚀方法难于显露出晶界,如图1为C422钢调质后的电解侵蚀组织,晶界不明显。而经过轻微电解抛光后,晶界显露清晰(图2),消除了晶面上的组织干扰,易于晶粒度的评定。

This method shows some steel better. 1 Operating Points (1) The polished sample first chemical erosion or electrolytic erosion, but the extent of the erosion should be deeper. (2) The eroded sample is polished slightly by the electrolytic polishing method. Polishing time should be mastered in the crystal plane to remove the grain boundaries exposed as appropriate. 2 Method Features (1) The method is simple and easy; (2) It is difficult to reveal the grain boundaries by the general chemical attack and electrolytic erosion methods. As shown in Fig. 1, the electrolytic erosion structure of the C422 steel is tempered and the grain boundaries are not obvious. And after a slight electrolytic polishing, the grain boundary revealed a clear (Figure 2), eliminating the crystal surface of the tissue disturbance, easy to assess the grain size.
