“比学赶帮超”是企业自我修炼与发展的有效手段。本文通过总结中国石化华北分公司镇泾采油厂围绕红河油田生产经营管理实践,开展“比学赶帮超”活动的主要做法和取得成果,就如何充分发挥“比学赶帮超”活动的积极作用,助推企业又好又快发展进行了论述。
“Better than learning to help super ” is an effective means of self-cultivation and development of enterprises. This paper summarizes the main practices and achievements of “Jingu Oilfield” activities around the Jingjing Oil Production Plant of Sinopec North China Branch focusing on the production, operation and management of Honghe Oilfield and how to give full play to “ ”The active role of the activities to promote sound and rapid development of enterprises were discussed.
