经济结构影响并决定着经济增长的质量、效率和可持续性。结构长期扭曲威胁经济增长质量与可持续发展,会使经济增长陷入“低水平均衡陷阱”(纳尔逊)。在世界性失衡大背景下,生产要素约束、环境压力和市场机制欠缺等使赶超型发展的转型经济遭遇的结构问题十分严重(世界银行,2007)。但在迄今为止并未成熟的转型理论中,结构治理研究还很不成熟,无法找到现成答案(D.Sorokin,2006)。本文试图通过对比中俄两国经济快速成长过程中结构失衡的表因和特征,分析在经济转型与赶超式发展双重挑战条件下两国经济结构与经济增长方式变化关系,探索转型经济快速持续、均衡协调发展的路径。

This article tries to analyze the relationship between economic structure and economic growth mode under the dual challenges of economic transition and catch-up development by comparing the causes and characteristics of the structural imbalances in the rapid economic growth of China and Russia and exploring the rapid and sustained transitional economy , Balanced and balanced development path.
