艺术院校的思想政治工作十分重要,加强此方面工作,是促进学生全面发展,培养合格人才的关键。为此,必须树立正确的教育理念,进一步提高认识,强化“德育”教育的自觉性。校园文化在德育教育中占有重要地位,本文针对艺术院校学生思想道德素质现状进行分析;通过论述校园文化建设对加强思想政治工作方面的作用;以及如何增强校园文化对艺术院校德育工作的实效性,说明加强校园文化建设是艺术院校德育教育的重要方面。
Ideological and political work of art colleges and universities is very important. To strengthen this work is the key to promoting all-round development of students and fostering qualified personnel. To this end, we must establish a correct concept of education, to further enhance awareness, and strengthen “moral education ” consciousness of education. The campus culture occupies an important position in the moral education. This article analyzes the current situation of ideological and moral qualities of the art college students. By discussing the campus culture to enhance the role of ideological and political work; and how to enhance the campus culture of moral education in art colleges and universities. It shows that strengthening campus culture is an important aspect of moral education in arts colleges.
