电力行业属于一个具有高度风险的行业,因而安全问题一直是备受瞩目,在我国电力安全生产事故是有发生,如何保障电力工人作业的人身安全,一直困扰着企业的管理者。电力施工作为电力生产的一部分,在施工中的风险管理工作具有很大难度,虽然风险是一种普遍存在的现象,但是作为管理者来说应在一定程度上,运用合理的管理方法,采用科学的管理措施,来尽可能的减小和避免电力施工建设的过程中所出现的事故。这就要求管理者制定完善的安全管理制度,引导电力施工人员掌握规范的作业流程,同时还要根据可能发生的安全事故制定详细的应急预案,确保在电力施工作业时能够全方位的构建安全管理体系,最大程度的保障电力施工人员的生产安全。
