使用断续流动氢化物发生装置对硼氢化钠与锌在水溶液中反应生成挥发性物种的条件进行了研究。实验发现,镍离子和钴离子能极大地提高挥发性物种的发生效率。在适量的1,10-邻二氮菲存在下,最佳酸度和工作曲线的线性范围都得到扩展。锌冷蒸汽发生法可以与无色散原子荧光光谱法联用对痕量锌进行测定,检出限为 2 ug/L,对0.4 mg/L锌进行 11次测定,精密度为2.4%(RSD)。文中对共存元素的影响进行了研究.方法已应用于水中锌的测定,结果准确可靠。
The conditions for the reaction of sodium borohydride with zinc in aqueous solution to produce volatile species were investigated using a discontinuous mobile hydride generator. The experiment found that nickel ions and cobalt ions can greatly improve the efficiency of volatile species. In the presence of the appropriate amount of 1,10-phenanthroline, the optimal acidity and the linear range of the working curve are extended. Zinc-cooled steam generation method can be used in conjunction with non-dispersive atomic fluorescence spectrometry determination of trace zinc, the detection limit of 2 ug / L, 0.4 mg / L of zinc were measured 11 times, the precision of 2.4 % (RSD). The impact of coexisting elements is studied in this paper. The method has been applied to the determination of zinc in water, the result is accurate and reliable.
