构成数控车床加工总合误差的一种误差就是旋转刀架时产生的刀具定位误差,这种误差在制定控制程序和引入调整校正值时加以考虑是很复杂的。在带立式刀架的机床上,该误差更大。
One of the errors that makes up the total error of CNC lathe machining is the tool positioning error when rotating the tool holder. Such errors are very complicated when making control program and introducing adjustment correction value. On machines with a vertical tool holder, the error is even greater.
