弹力过度性皮肤(Cutis hyperelastica)是以结缔组织的先天性缺陷为主要表现的遗传性疾病。近日我院首次发现一例,报告如下. 患儿:女,5岁,汉族,近一年多来,走路常易跌跤,碰撞部位出现紫斑。随后发现腹壁、大腿、膝周皮肤柔软变薄而松弛,似橡皮样可以拉长,并有关节过度伸展而来院就诊。既往体弱,易患感冒,曾患肺炎,无呕血及便血。系第一胎,足月顺产,母乳喂养,父母非近亲结婚,健在。妹足月顺产,体健,双眼斜视。

Full-term sister birth, good health, binocular strabismus.
