棉纱耳塞防噪声效果评价(附60耳分析)

本文以非噪声作业青年30名为受试者,佩戴棉纱耳塞,用真耳阈值法作60耳的棉纱耳塞隔声值评价。实验结果表明:棉纱耳塞对高频段衰减声强达16.25～21.17dB,对语频声信号衰减较少。这样,既有一定的隔声值,又不妨碍在工作环境中言语的交流。棉纱耳塞隔声值13.86dB,在噪声强度不超过104dB(A)的情况下,佩戴棉纱耳塞可将噪声衰减到符合《工业企业噪声卫生标准》中现有企业暂时达不到标准参照表范围内。

In this paper, 30 young non-noise-based subjects as subjects, wearing cotton yarn ear plugs, with real ear threshold method for 60 ears of cotton earplugs sound insulation value evaluation. The experimental results show that the attenuation of cotton earplugs is 16.25-21.17dB for the high frequency band and less for the voice frequency signal. In this way, there is a certain amount of sound insulation value, without prejudice to the language of communication in the work environment. Cotton earplugs sound insulation value of 13.86dB, in the case of noise intensity does not exceed 104dB (A), wearing cotton earplugs can be reduced to comply with the “noise level of industrial enterprises,” existing enterprises in the current business temporarily below the standard reference table .
