钢铁的常温发黑技术是金属表面处理的新发展,它具有节能、生产率高、操作简便、成本低和改善工作环境等优点。为了推广这项新工艺,今年10月上旬本刊编辑部与无锡龙山常温发黑剂厂在北京召开了常温发黑剂应用推广会。北京地区有二百多个单位的代表参加了会议。会上由江南大学郑祖德老师作了钢铁常温发黑的技术报告,并由无锡龙山常温发黑剂厂作了常温发黑零件的表演;一部分到会人员也作了自带零件的发黑试验,其发黑效果颇为满意,许多单位的代表当即订购了一定数量的常温发黑剂,拟开展生产应用试验,这将为大规模推广这项新工艺取得经验。
