The 3rd China International Conference on Communication (ICCT’92) was jointly organized by the Chinese Institute of Electronics, the China Communications Institute and Tsinghua University and scheduled to be held in Beijing from September 16 to September 18, 1992. IEEE Communications Society and IEEE Beijing Branch will serve as the meeting of the unit.
