看了上期《福建乡土》上刊载的“又恨又爱洪山桥”一文后,有关洪山桥的往事又一幕幕呈现在眼前,把我带到那难忘的岁月中去。十九年前,我被引进至省闽江规划办公室,第一次查斟闽江,就是从洪山桥附近上的船。当时有人告诉我,洪山桥是座古桥,它的上游不远处,闽江就被南台岛分为两支:北港(台江)和南港(乌龙江)。汛期闽江七分水入南港,三分水入北港,有利于福州市的防洪;而非汛期则正好相反,七分水入北港,三分水入南港,有利于航运。这使我立即想起了岷江上的都江堰——如果将北港、南港换成内江、外江;把三七比例换成四六比例,闽江的这种态势与岷江何其相似。在新洪山桥建成后,是否拆除老洪山桥,在相当长一段时间内,水利部门和交通部门争论不休——鉴于较密的老桥桥墩有较大的壅水作用——桥上下水位差1.05米,汛期使南港可多宣泄洪水。经计算,在出现百年一遇大洪水时,南港可多泄325秒立米,从而使洪山桥到解放桥的水位可减少25~28厘米,因而对福州市区防洪有利,所以水利部门反对拆
After reading the article entitled “Hailing and Love Hongshan Bridge” published in the previous issue of Fujian Province, the past events about Hongshan Bridge appeared again and brought me to the unforgettable years.
