采用有限元分析软件模拟2205DSS与Q345R异种钢的焊接热过程,研究其熔合区的碳迁移程度,揭示了焊接热过程与碳迁移之间的相关性。结果表明,无论在热源加载阶段亦或是自由空冷阶段,温度场的中心椭圆并不对称,2205DSS侧的高温区域面积大于Q345R侧;Q345R侧碳迁移宽度从多层焊盖面到焊根GTAW焊缝的过程中越来越大,到了最下面的GTAW区,碳迁移宽度达到了27.5μm;Qt值随着焊缝层数的提高而逐渐减小,最底层焊缝碳迁移区的Qt值最大,其次为第二层,第三层的Qt值最小。
Finite element analysis software was used to simulate the welding thermal process of 2205DSS and Q345R dissimilar steels, and the carbon migration in the fusion zone was studied. The correlation between welding thermal process and carbon migration was revealed. The results show that the central ellipse of the temperature field is not symmetrical either in the heat source loading stage or in the free air cooling stage, and the area of the high temperature region on the 2205DSS side is larger than that of the Q345R side. The Q345R side carbon migration width ranges from multi- In the lower GTAW zone, the width of carbon migration reached 27.5μm. The Qt value decreased with the increase of the weld seam number, and the Qt value of the bottommost weld carbon migration zone was the largest. Followed by the second layer, the third layer Qt minimum.
