针对具有腐蚀性的醇胺及其水溶液,采用不锈钢材料制作了闪点杯。使用基于平衡杯的闪点仪,对乙醇胺(MEA)、二乙醇胺(DEA)、三乙醇胺(TEA)、二乙烯三胺(DETA)和三乙烯四胺(TETA)及其水溶液的闪点进行了实验研究。采用基于Raoult定律的水溶液闪点估算方法,对MEA、DEA、TEA、DETA水溶液的闪点进行了估算,并与实验值进行了对比。当水溶液中可燃性组分的浓度较大时,闪点估算值与实验值非常接近;而当可燃性组分的浓度接近其不可燃浓度时,估算值与实验值的偏差逐渐增大。本文的结果表明,对于水溶液闪点的估算方法,还有待进一步的完善。

The flash point of aqueous solution of MEA, DEA, TEA and DETA was estimated by the method of Raoult’s law, and compared with the experimental data. When the concentration of flammable components in aqueous solution is large, the estimated flash point is close to the experimental value. When the concentration of flammable component is close to its non-flammable concentration, the deviation between the estimated value and the experimental value increases. The results of this paper show that the method for estimating the flash point of aqueous solution needs to be further improved.
