目的探讨地黄连作障碍的原因和筛选可能具有缓解作用的有益菌。方法将已分离纯化的土壤细菌菌株接种到试管苗和盆栽苗基部,分别于30 d和60 d后收获,测量苗质量等指标。结果组培试验表明48个菌株中,有11个对地黄生长具有显著促进作用,另外11个具有抑制或致死作用;盆栽试验揭示16个菌株对地黄苗具有促进作用,13个菌株具有抑制或致死作用。结论土壤细菌对地黄苗的生长具有显著影响。地黄种植可能导致根际细菌菌群失衡,施用有益细菌可能是解决地黄连作障碍的有效措施。
Objective To explore the causes of continuous cropping obstacle of Rehmannia glutinosa and to screen the beneficial bacteria that may have a relieving effect. Methods The isolated and purified soil bacterial strains were inoculated into the base of test-tube seedlings and potted plants and harvested after 30 d and 60 d respectively to measure the quality of seedlings. Results Tissue culture experiments showed that 11 out of 48 strains had significant effects on the growth of Rehmannia glutinosa, and the other 11 had inhibitory or lethal effects. The pot experiments showed that 16 strains had the promotion effect on Rehmannia glutinosa, and 13 strains had inhibitory or lethal effects effect. Conclusion Soil bacteria have a significant effect on the growth of radix rehmanniae. Rehmannia glutinosa rhizosphere planting may lead to bacterial imbalance in the rhizosphere, the use of beneficial bacteria may be effective measures to solve the obstacle Reed rhizome coptis.
