“天时、地利、人和”三者之间的关系古往今来都被人们所关注。人人都知道“天时不如地利,地利不如人和”这充分说明了三者之中,“人和”是最重要的。在我们快速发展的时代潮流中,一个成功强大的团队需要人与人和谐高效的协作,从而更加突显出“人和”的重要性。而作为学校的领导者更应该施加“人和”的管理,让蕴含着丰富哲理、广阔延展性的“人和”在教育管理系统中充分发挥其深远的影响。
“The relationship between the weather, geography, people and ” has been the concern of all people from now on. Everyone knows that “the sky is not as good as the land and the land is not as good as the people.” This fully shows that among the three, “people and ” are the most important. In our fast-moving trend of the times, a successful team needs a harmonious and efficient collaboration between people, which highlights the importance of “people and ”.
