既有建筑地基由于其隐蔽工程的特殊性,在出现质量问题后均较难处理。本文通过清远某既有建筑地下室工程,在受周边施工影响导致其地下室出现开裂、渗漏等质量问题,经建设各方共同确定,最终采用预应力锚索进行处理的加固方案,通过该项目预应力锚索加固设计、施工与检测各环节的详细介绍,讲述了预应力锚索在既有建筑地基加固中发挥其独特的技术优势,对类似的项目有较好的指导意义。
