一、全国发电量完成情况2003年全国电力工业高速增长,发电量合计19080亿千瓦时,同比增长15.3%,其中,水电增长3.1%,火电增长16.8%,核电增长64.8%。全年发电量和用电量增速均在15%以上,是改革开放以来最快的一年。2003年12月全国发电量1702.78亿千瓦时(日均发电量54.93亿千瓦时),

Annual power generation and electricity consumption growth rate of 15% or more, is the fastest since the reform and opening up. In December 2003, the national generating capacity was 170.278 billion kwh (the average daily generating capacity was 5.493 billion kwh)
