目的:建立、稳定内皮细胞滤膜培养的模型。方法:分组比较不同明胶浓度处理滤膜,不同种植密度及孵育时间,不同孔径滤膜对内皮细胞生长的影响,从而确定滤膜培养的各实验条件。结果:不同明胶浓度处理滤膜、不同种植密度,不同孵育时间对内皮细胞生长的影响差异显著(P<0.01)不同孔径滤膜对内皮细胞生长的影响差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:用1‰明胶处理滤膜,105/cm2的种植密度及孵育2d即可获得较好结果。
Objective: To establish and stabilize the model of endothelial cell membrane culture. Methods: The effects of different gelatin concentrations on the growth of endothelial cells were compared among different filter media, different planting densities, incubation time and different pore size filters to determine the experimental conditions of membrane culture. Results: The effects of different gelatin concentrations on the growth of endothelial cells were significantly different (P <0.01). The effects of different pore size filters on the growth of endothelial cells were not significant (P> 0.05 ). Conclusion: The treatment of 1 ‰ gelatin filter membrane, 105 / cm2 planting density and incubation 2d can get better results.
