本文主要着重研究在城市房屋拆迁问题背后的政府行为,分析我国政府在城市房屋拆迁管理中主要问题及产生的根源,提出规范房屋拆迁政府行为的对策,合理保护当事人合法利益,使被拆迁人获得公平合理的补偿安置,以使城市房屋拆迁达到公平、合理、透明、实效,促进我国城市房屋拆迁的顺利开展和城市建设的顺利进行。
This paper mainly focuses on the government behavior behind the problems of urban house demolition, analyzes the main problems and causes of our government in the urban house demolition management, puts forward countermeasures to standardize the government behavior of house demolition, reasonably protects the legitimate interests of the parties, Fair and reasonable compensation and resettlement so as to make the demolition of urban houses fair, reasonable, transparent and effective, and promote the smooth development of urban housing demolition and urban construction in our country.
