今年,中国国际经济法学界的同仁集聚一堂,纪念姚老百年诞辰。其实,这件事本身就是值得纪念的。因为在中国提起姚老必然要提国际经济法,就像论及国际经济法,不能不提姚老一样。姚老是中国国际经济法学的开拓者和奠基人。中国国际经济法学学会创会会长。①1984年5月初,由姚老主持在庐山一招开办了第一个中国国际经济法讲习班,汇集了当时国内著名学者对近200名主要是在高校从事国际经济法教学或准备从事国际经济法教学的教师,进行了历时约一个月的培训。
