有些零件需要滚字,(如图1)。最初,我们用字模在冲床上冲压,不但效率低,而且调节不好还产生字形模糊和字的重复现象。为了克服这个缺点,后来我们改在车床上进行。把字头用夹具装在床身上,零件装在刀架的夹具上,用手摇动刀架,每走刀一次就完成一个零件的滚字工作。不但克服了上述缺点,而且效率比冲床高。但是,在生产不断跃进的情况下,这样的改进还远不能满足生产要求。为了突破这一薄弱环节,工人出身的技术员谢雷同志设计了一部半自动滚字机,使滚字零件的日产量达30720件,比在车床
