研究了球墨铸铁的等温锻造工艺。通过650℃~750℃5次热循环处理,在750℃热加工可获得球铁超塑性效应,利用该超塑性等温锻造工艺生产的球铁管,化学成分均匀,显微组织改善,机械性能提高。
The isothermal forging process of ductile iron was studied. The superplastic effect of ductile iron can be obtained by thermal treatment at 750 ℃ for 5 times through 650 ℃ ~ 750 ℃ thermal cycle. The ductile iron pipe produced by this superplastic isothermal forging process has uniform chemical composition, improved microstructure and improved mechanical properties .
