企业文化是一个企业生存延续、发展壮大的根基与血脉,改革开放三十多年来,我国民营企业已经走过了资本积累、产业扩张的经济发展阶段,开始向着构建企业自身文化、培养企业核心价值的高层次阶段发展。民营企业要想提高核心竞争力,保证民营经济持续健康发展,必须提高企业家素质,坚持以人为本,构建企业制度文化,培养企业精神,建设先进企业文化。
Corporate culture is the foundation and blood vessel of an enterprise that survives, grows and develops. Since the reform and opening up, over the past 30 years, China’s private enterprises have gone through the stage of economic development with capital accumulation and industrial expansion. They have started to build their own culture and cultivate their core High-level phase of value development. In order to improve the core competitiveness and ensure the sustained and healthy development of the private economy, private enterprises must improve the quality of entrepreneurs, adhere to the people-oriented principle, build a system of corporate culture, cultivate their entrepreneurial spirit and build an advanced corporate culture.
