目的观察三维适形放射治疗应用在中晚期非小细胞性肺癌中的作用。方法将52例非小细胞肺癌经病理诊断后,进行大分割三维适形放疗。患者以前均未做过放疗,本次放疗采用3～6个适形野,分次量3Gy,每周5次,肿瘤剂量36～42Gy。然后予合适的电子线放射治疗使总剂量达到60～70Gy,7周左右完成。结束后2个月进行近期疗效评价、放射增敏比对照及安全性评价。长期随访观察长期疗效。结果 52例疗效观察,12例完全缓解,24例部分缓解,12例无变化,4例进展。1、2年生存率分别为49.8%、23.5%。结论三维适形放射治疗非小细胞肺癌近期疗效好,毒副作用轻,严重并发症发生率低。
Objective To observe the role of three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy in advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods After pathological diagnosis of 52 cases of non-small cell lung cancer, large-divided three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy was performed. None of the patients had previously undergone radiotherapy. This radiotherapy used 3 to 6 conformal fields with a dose of 3 Gy, 5 times per week, and a tumor dose of 36 to 42 Gy. The appropriate electron beam radiation therapy was then applied to achieve a total dose of 60-70 Gy, which was completed in about 7 weeks. 2 months after the completion of the short-term efficacy evaluation, radiosensitivity than control and safety evaluation. Long-term follow-up observation of long-term efficacy. Results In 52 cases, 12 cases were completely relieved, 24 cases were partially relieved, 12 cases were unchanged, and 4 cases progressed. The 1-year and 2-year survival rates were 49.8% and 23.5%, respectively. Conclusion Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for short-term curative effect of non-small cell lung cancer is good, toxic and side effects are light, and the incidence of serious complications is low.
