本文通过超声波振动车削时的粗糙度试验,首先提出了振动车削速度稳定区的概念,指出V_稳/V_c值随临界速度V_c的提高而增大.在稳定区内,振动车削具有大幅度降低表面粗糙度的显著效果.试验还证明,振动车削时的粗糙度对进给量的变化非常敏感,而对切削深度和刀具几何参数的变化不敏感.此外,本文在分离型振动车削适用的范围内,建立了车削若干种材料时的表面粗糙度数学模型,为生产应用提供了依据.
