本文报告冬虫夏草及其人工菌丝水提物对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞(Mφ)激活作用的实验观察。结果表明,每天肌注5g/kg,连续4天,能使 Mφ的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数明显增加,与对照组相比,P<0.001,而天然虫草与人工菌丝之间则无明显差异。还证明Mφ内酸性磷酸酶活性也明显增强。提示人工菌丝具有与天然虫草类似的效应,另外对该药激活 Mφ的机理还进行了初步探讨。
This article reports the experimental observation of the activation of mouse peritoneal macrophages (Mφ) by Cordyceps sinensis and its artificial hyphae aqueous extract. The results showed that 5 g/kg intramuscularly every day for 4 consecutive days could significantly increase the percentage of phagocytosis and phagocytic index of Mφ, compared with the control group, P<0.001, while there was no significant difference between the natural cordyceps and the artificial hyphae. It also proved that the acid phosphatase activity in Mφ was also significantly increased. It is suggested that the artificial hyphae has a similar effect to that of natural Cordyceps sinensis. In addition, the mechanism of the activation of Mφ by this drug is also tentatively discussed.
