管式加热炉是石油、煤矿、焦油等产业输送的过程中使用的重要换热设备,它的燃料消耗在石油化工装置能耗中大约占60%—80%。随着我国经济的快速增长,资源和环境之间的矛盾日趋尖锐,所以提高加热炉热效率,减少燃料消耗,加强节能减排工作是我们管式加热炉厂应当高度重视的一项工作。管式加热炉有着十分广阔的前景,它的发展渐渐与时代发展相同步,因此,我们要更加努力来完善管式加热炉的各个方面。
Tube furnace is an important heat transfer equipment used in the transportation of petroleum, coal, tar and other industries, and its fuel consumption accounts for about 60% -80% of the energy consumption of petrochemical plants. With the rapid economic growth in our country, the contradiction between resources and the environment has become increasingly acute. Therefore, improving the thermal efficiency of heating furnaces, reducing fuel consumption and strengthening energy conservation and emission reduction work is a task that our tubular furnace factory should attach great importance to. Tube furnace has a very broad prospect, its development gradually with the development of the times in sync, so we have to work harder to improve all aspects of tube furnace.
