台阶式花园住宅是1984年中国建筑标准设计研究所主办的“全国砖混住宅新设想征集活动”的优选方案,由北京市建委支持在两所大学进行试点施工。试验性建设尚未完成,但花园住宅方案即以其独特的风貌吸引了各地建设部门,函索设计资料或专人赴京购图者甚众。目前,己约有50幢这种形式的花园住宅正在各省市兴建。
Step-style garden dwellings are the optimal solution for the “National Project for the Acquisition of New Brick and Concrete Dwellings” sponsored by the China Construction Standard Design Institute in 1984. The Beijing Construction Commission supports the construction of pilot projects in two universities. The pilot construction has not yet been completed, but the Garden Residence program has attracted local construction departments with its unique style. Those who devise design information or special persons to buy maps in Beijing are very popular. At present, there are about 50 such garden houses in various provinces and cities.
