建筑施工现场水泥强度的及时测定,对保证工程质量、节约水泥具有重要的作用。按现行水泥标准试验方法,水泥强度需经28天才能测定,如用7天强度推测水泥标号,也满足不了施工需要。这与目前水泥供需矛盾较突出的情况是不相适应的。为此研究一种有效的并便于实际应用的水泥强度快速测定方法是十分必要的。我所从1983年开始,以兰州地区常用的水泥为对象,对水泥强度快速测定的不同养护方法、试件成型工艺和测试参数等进行了试验研究,并从中筛选出两种快速测定的方法——次日55℃温养法和
The timely determination of cement strength at the construction site plays an important role in ensuring project quality and saving cement. According to the current cement standard test method, the strength of cement must be determined after 28 days. If the cement number is speculated with 7 days, it can not meet the construction requirements. This is inconsistent with the current prominent situation of cement supply and demand. For this reason, it is necessary to study an effective and convenient method for rapid determination of cement strength.
