公司治理是现代经济管理研究的重大和热点问题。但自上世纪80年代以来,这一领域的研究大多集中于大型,特大型企业,而对中小企业公司治理的“专门性、聚焦性”研究却凤毛麟角。由欧阳峣、聂正安教授主编、经济管理出版社出版的《中国——欧盟中小企业公司治理丛书》(4卷本),从多维度对中小企业这一组织类型展开研究,虽不是石破惊天的巨著,却也不失为颇具价值的创新性学术成果,弥补了该研究领域的不足。
Corporate governance is a major and hot issue in the study of modern economic management. However, since the 1980s, most researches in this field have focused on large-scale and large-scale enterprises.
