从中医内科疗法(基本方加减治疗、中药制剂研究)中医外治疗法、针灸疗法及评价与展望,综述活血化瘀法论治难治性肾病综合征研究进展。指出:活血化瘀法在临床上得到广泛的运用,但尚缺少多中心、大样本、随机化的系统性研究。
Traditional Chinese medicine therapy (basic prescription addition and subtraction treatment, traditional Chinese medicine preparation) traditional Chinese medicine therapy, acupuncture and moxibustion therapy and its evaluation and prospect are reviewed, and the research progress on the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome by the method of activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis is reviewed. It is pointed out that the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is widely used clinically, but there is still no systematic research on multi-center, large sample and randomization.
