造成油茶低产原因是多方面的,其中品种类型混杂、良莠不齐是主要原因之一。据1977年油茶良种普查统计,70%的产量来自30%的植株,而70%的植株,只有30%的产量,可见低产劣株所占比例相当大。为此,我们于1983年在油茶无性系鉴定的基础上,选出14个具有一定遗传增益的优良无性系,在丽水市南山林区进行了嫁接换种试验和无性系区域试验,试图通过嫁接换种,改变油茶低产面貌,提高油茶单产;筛选出适合于丽水地区的油茶优良无性系。
Cause low yield of Camellia is due to many reasons, of which the type of mixed, good and bad are one of the main reasons. According to the 1977 Camellia Seed Census, 70% of the output comes from 30% of the plants, while 70% of the plants have only 30% of the yield, showing that the proportion of low yielding inferior strains is quite large. Therefore, we selected 14 clones with certain genetic gain on the basis of clonal identification of Camellia oleifera in 1983. We conducted grafting and clonal transformation trials in Nanshan Forest Area, Lishui City. In other words, it changed the appearance of low yield of Camellia oleifera and improved the yield of Camellia oleifera. The clones of Camellia oleifera suitable for Lishui were screened out.
