基于桥壳的充型和凝固过程,通过耦合桥壳的应力、应变和温度场,获得桥壳在准固相区的热裂倾向分布图。根据模拟分析结果,判断裂纹产生的不同原因,并探讨防裂筋和冷铁的使用对消除桥壳热裂纹的效果。结果表明:对于热应力过大和由于缩松缩孔的存在而造成的热裂纹,采用防裂筋和冷铁的防治措施是比较显著的。
Based on the filling and solidification process of the axle housing, the thermal cracking tendency distribution of the axle housing in the quasi-solid-phase zone was obtained by coupling the stress, strain and temperature fields of the axle housing. According to the results of simulation analysis, the different causes of cracks are judged, and the effect of anti-cracking tendons and cold iron on the elimination of the crack of the axle shell is discussed. The results show that the prevention and cure measures of using anti-cracking tendons and chilled iron are significant for thermal cracks caused by excessive thermal stress and shrinkage cavities.
