报道于１９９５年９月起采用美国Ｍｉｃｒｏｖａｓｉｖｅ公司生产的食管球囊扩张导管，在内窥镜直视下扩张治疗不宜手术的食管狭窄１２例，其中贲门失弛缓１例，食管胃吻合口狭窄２例，硬化剂治疗后狭窄８例，肿瘤性狭窄１例。１２例中，７例能进流质，３例能进半流质，２例吞咽流质有困难。治疗后除１例能较顺利进半流质外，其余无吞咽困难。一次扩张的近期疗效为１００％。本结果表明ＭＡＸＦＯＲＣＥ球囊扩张治疗食管狭窄效果明显，尤其对硬化治疗后的狭窄更佳。
Reported in September 1995 from the United States using Microvasive’s esophageal balloon dilatation catheter expansion in the endoscopic treatment of unfavorable surgical esophageal stricture in 12 cases, including cardia amebiasia in 1 case, esophageal anastomotic stenosis in 2 cases 8 cases of sclerotherapy after treatment, 1 case of neoplastic stenosis. Of the 12 cases, 7 were able to enter the liquid, 3 were able to enter the semi-liquid, and 2 were swallowed. After treatment, except one case can be more smoothly into the semi-liquid, the rest without swallowing difficulties. The immediate effect of an expansion is 100%. The results show that MAXFORCE balloon dilatation of the treatment of esophageal stenosis obvious effect, especially after sclerotherapy treatment of stenosis better.
