本文用求出平均应力σ_y的光弹性实验方法对测定应力强度因子K_I进行了实验研究。实验研究指出在用平均应力法时,应除去受缝端根部半径影响及可能产生塑性区的那一段范围内的应力。在此基础上改进了用平均应力法测定K_I的计算公式。用冻结切片逐渐磨薄切片的方法可方便地求出平均应力。用紧凑拉伸试件进行了求K_I的实验,实验结果和用边界配置法的计算结果是一致的。
In this paper, the experimental study on the determination of the stress intensity factor K_I was carried out using the photoelastic experimental method for calculating the average stress σ_y. Experimental studies have pointed out that in the average stress method, the stress in the range of the influence of the root radius of the fractured end and the plastic zone may be removed. Based on this, the calculation formula of K_I using average stress method is improved. The average stress can be easily determined by gradually grinding and slicing the frozen sections. The K_I experiment was carried out using compact tensile specimens. The experimental results are consistent with those obtained by the boundary configuration method.
