研究了初始织构对AZ31镁合金室温拉伸变形的影响。选择具有很强基面织构的商用AZ31热轧板材,设计了三类不同初始织构的拉伸样品,取其拉伸轴分别与板材方向成0°、45°和90°,分别命名为0ND、45ND和90ND样品。利用电子背散射衍射技术,定量表征样品在拉伸变形过程的组织及织构演变。研究表明:在室温拉伸变形过程中,0ND样品主要以{1012}拉伸孪生为主,45ND样品主要以{1012}孪生和滑移为主,而90ND样品主要以滑移为主。
The effect of initial texture on the tensile deformation of AZ31 magnesium alloy at room temperature was studied. The commercial AZ31 hot-rolled sheet with strong basal texture was selected and three kinds of tensile specimens with different initial texture were designed. The tensile axes of the AZ31 hot rolled sheet were respectively 0 °, 45 ° and 90 ° to the sheet direction, respectively 0ND, 45ND and 90ND samples. The electronic backscatter diffraction technique was used to quantitatively characterize the microstructure and texture evolution of samples during the tensile deformation. The results show that in the process of tensile deformation at room temperature, the 0ND samples are dominated by {1012} stretched twins, while the 45ND samples are dominated by {1012} twins and slippages, while the 90ND samples are dominated by slippage.
