本文提出了在井架/底座/基础/地基四者共同工作的整体系统中研究井架和底座的观点,并据此观点系统地研究了井架和底座的静力计算理论:在结构有限元计算理论的基础上,用文克尔和有限压缩层两种地基模型进行地基的沉陷计算;对各种类型的基础进行了简化处理;最后,通过采用逐次逼近的迭代法,给出了接近实际工况的井架,底座系统计算方法。本文根据研究的理论,编制了系统分析井架、底座的专用程序,进行了实例计算,并与过去计算方法所得的结果进行了对比分析,得出了对设计和研究具有重要参考价值的结论。
In this paper, we put forward the viewpoint of studying the derrick and base in the whole system of derrick / base / foundation / groundwork, and systematically studied the static calculation theory of derrick and base: In the structure finite element method Based on this, the ground subsidence calculation is carried out by using two kinds of foundation models of Winkel and finite compressive layers. The foundation of each type is simplified. Finally, by using iterative method of successive approximation, Derrick, base system calculation method. Based on the research theory, this paper has compiled a special program for systematically analyzing the derrick and base, calculated the examples and compared with the results obtained from the past calculation methods, and reached the conclusions that the design and the research have important reference value.
